People urged me to meditate to help some issues I was having. I never really could get into meditation, my mind runs too much. This is exactly what I needed. I also did you other yoga videos, I’ve done yoga in a class but much prefer the at home and even in the class I did there was no guided relaxation. This video has helped me so much!!!!
Laying down or slightly propped up works great, IMO. But in general, I like to lay down with a pillow under my head when I listen to this stuff. Helps with the anxiety for sure.
I do this one almost every mid-day and without fail I fall asleep. And your next video in my playlist (a long one) wakes me up with a startle, just in time to get ready to go and pick up my son from school lol Great one, Esther! You’re the best!
